Post Partum Support Group

The group is a best fit for birthing parents of 0-12 month olds. Other new parents (i.e. parents of older babies, adoptive, or non-birthing partners) are welcome in the group, but should reach out to me first to talk about group content and their personal comfort level.

About me
Hi, I'm Erynn! I am a clinical social worker with 10 years in private practice and a Ditmas Park based mom of two. My specialty area is the perinatal period, and I have supported dozens of new parents as they find their way through pregnancy, birth, and who they are in this new role. Before the pandemic, I co-facilitated a New Parent Support Group at Juniper Yoga in Prospect Heights with Pelvic Floor OT (and neighbor!) Sonia Reiter. I am excited to now offer this place of support to my own neighborhood!
